Georgia Walk (and Bike) to School Day 2020 Registration

Registering is a great way to let us know the number of schools participating, what you are planning and -- importantly – the number of students who will be walking! Also, by registering, we can provide incentives to you for your event.

The official day for Georgia Walk to School Day is Wednesday, March 6, 2019, but you can hold your event any day in March that works for your school.

Once you register, we will list your school as a Georgia Walk to School Day participant on the Georgia SRTS Resource Center website at Who walked/biked/rolled in 2019. See past participants here: Who Walked 2019. Only your school name, county and school district will appear on the site. At this site, you’ll also find tips for planning your event and downloadable materials to use.

Since we’ll use the rest of the information you provide to help us support your program, you will probably be hearing from your School Outreach Coordinator before the event. Deadline to receive incentives for March 11th events is Thursday, March 5th!

After your event, we will contact you to see how things went. This will help us plan future Walk to School Day events.
